SUPPORTING WOMEN - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE
The Supporting Women - Inside and Outside Programme enables women to identify the clear, practical and realistic steps that they want to take to make a better world for themselves at work and home. Whilst building the practical skills and confidence to take these steps. We deliver our programme in HMP Establishments, Women Community Centres and Job Centres.
As part of the programme, our graduates learn design, manufacturing and business skills. In addition, they learn skills for other related jobs ranging from new skills such as machinists for textiles and lingerie manufacturing; visual merchandising for retail; together with digital skills for social media and marketing for fashion. These new skills will aid their rehabilitation as well as assisting women to become better equipped for life and work so that they move on positively with their lives.
